Color: 9218 – Black
Appearance: Black coating for lowest reflection, glare-free finish.
The sprayed surface absorbs up to 98% of the incoming light. Perfect coating to reduce irritating reflection and increase measurement accuracy or just to create an light absorbing effect.
Special black topcoat used to create matt and completely glare-free surfaces with low emissivity. 1-component material for even easier application.
Reflection of only 2 % of the irradiated light by diffuse scattering – irrespective of the angle of incidence.
For application to surfaces whenever light reflection is to be avoided, e.g. instrument scales, optical instruments and scientific equipment.
This product is unfortunately not available in the USA. As an alternative please use NEXTEL Suede Coating 3101, 90FH black.
Application on NEXTEL Primer 5523 – 7525 anthracite
Small parts can be painted with a brush. For better surface appearance and quality use a spray-gun.
Hardener:

Thinner:
- NEXTEL-Thinner 8061 (for small parts)
- NEXTEL-Thinner 901-68 (for large or complex parts)
- NEXTEL-Thinner 901-2D (for very slow evaporation for tropical conditions)
5-10% of Thinner might be necassary for pre-dilution.
